Free online taster sessions

Would you like to come to a free online mindfulness taster session to practise these meditations live, under the guidance of an experienced teacher? In the session you can also hear more about how mindfulness can help with any specific issues.

 

The free tasters take place most Tuesdays, online, 9.15 - 10.30am. Please get in touch if you would like to reserve a place, and let us know your preferred date.
